This fast-paced, half-day workshop is designed to immediately increase understanding and skills in high performance communication. The workshop is filled with exercises, diagnostics, and discussions that help participants develop an understanding of the purpose and process of communication, the barriers to communication, and the principles of sending and receiving messages. Special attention is given to the needs of a team or natural work group environment: participants will evaluate their team or work group’s communication using a specially designed diagnostic tool and develop an action plan for increased communication effectiveness.
